Le Moine (Québec, Canada) –Produced by the Benedictine monks in the Townships just south of Montreal. It is made in the style of a Swiss cheese with gentle nutty notes and small holes with a lovely lingering floral tang.

Comté Élégance (France) – This special edition of Comte is made from raw Cow’s milk that adds to its complexity and character. Buttery, nutty upfront moving to some lovely earthy, herbal and grassy notes finishing with a slight earthy and musty flavors.

Château des Annereaux – Les Annereaux (Bordeaux, France-98% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot) – Medium ruby in the glass with aromas of ripe red fruit and hints of mocha. The palate is smooth and fruity with silky tannins and a long, elegant finish.
