Podere 414, Badilante, Toscana Italy,  Sangiovese

Named to honor the region’s historical spade-wielding land-reclamation workers, this medium-bodied red wine offers vibrant red cherry flavors, subtle earthy spice, bright acidity, and silky tannins.

It pairs beautifully with pizzas featuring bright tomato sauces, salty cured meats, or earthy vegetables. The wine’s natural acidity cuts right through the richness of melted cheese.

Cannonball Cabernet Sauvignon,  California

Bold and approachable. It features rich notes of blackberry, cassis, and dark plum, complemented by hints of mocha, vanilla, and toasted oak.

This full-bodied wine pairs perfectly with grilled meats, and rich pasta dishes.

Whispering Angel, Provençal Rosé

A dry, crisp, and fruit-forward Provençal Rosé featuring bright notes of strawberry, peach, and citrus with a smooth mineral finish.

Fresh oysters, grilled prawns, or a crab salad are perfect companions. Its creamy texture also pairs well with soft cheeses.

Pine Ridge, Chenin Blanc – Viognier, California

Crisp, bright and vivacious, with notes of orange blossom, honeysuckle, and juicy stone fruit flavors.

This versatile wine pairs well with a number of dishes, from light salads to seafood, and most notably with foods with a hint of spiciness—its subtle sweetness provides balance alongside a touch of heat.
