Makers Mark Whisky Sour

Rosemary Maple Sour

A sip for sweater weather. This Rosemary Maple Sour blends bourbon warmth, maple sweetness, and a touch of herbal charm

Shake with ice.

  • 1 1/2 parts Maker’s Mark Bourbon
  • 3/4 part fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 part maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

Strain into ice-filled glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with lemon slice and fresh rosemary sprig.

El Dorado Rum

Grand Father Mai Tai

It’s cold in Calgary, but one sip of this and you’ll be mentally on a beach somewhere far, far from your snow shovel.

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice:

  • 2 oz El Dorado 12 Year Old Rum
  • 0.75 oz Grand Marnier
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz orgeat syrup
  • 0.25 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur (optional but excellent for balance)

Shake well until chilled, then strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig, lime wheel, or maraschino cherry.

Smooth, citrusy, and just the right amount of tropical escape.
