Dirty Laundry Bordello

47% Merlot, 26% Malbec, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon
In this medium-bodied blend, find aromas of black and red currant, plum, black cherry, and earthy and mineral notes of cedar and graphite. This fruit-forward and complex palate bursts with plum, cedar, subtle violet, tobacco and mild pepper notes. Bordello is complex yet approachable with medium tannins and a medium finish.

64% Chardonnay and 36% Pinot Noir
Dry and intensely lifted aromas of toasty yeast notes and fresh lively citrus. The palate is weighty with a delicate and fine mousse which complements the length and excellent finish. Pair with oysters, shellfish, soft cheese, salty appetizers or popcorn.

Black Market, Bacchus
Okanagan Valley, BC
Expressive aromas of orchard fruit, tropical fruit and fresh herbs rise from the glass, revealing new layers with every swirl. The palate is crisp on entry before broadening into a beautifully rounded texture, offering flavours of Asian pear, blood orange, Meyer lemon and sage. Bright citrus notes and a lingering flinty minerality carry through the long, refreshing finish, leaving a lasting impression of elegance and balance.
