Selecting fruit from vines aged from 25 years and older, the personalities of Blue Mountain converge in the glass to deliver an altogether unique, cellar-worthy Pinot Noir. Sparkling Brut The Brut “Gold Label” has a fine mousse, with lemon and toasty character on the nose and across the palate, with a crisp lemon finish. Giusti Wine is owned by Ermenegildo (Joe) Giusti who immigrated to Canada in the late 70s. Mr. Giusti found success in the construction industry in Canada, and in 2002, he went back to Veneto and decided to revive his family’s vineyards. The winery has grown to over 75 hectares and is the largest landholder in Veneto.
